3.1 The rs777 Platform is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. rs777 will verify your age during the KYC process and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time.
3.2 You must not use the rs777 Platform if you are located in or are a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3.3 rs777 does not knowingly provide services to individuals who are subject to self-exclusion orders, problem gambling restrictions, or court orders prohibiting access to gambling services. If you are subject to any such restriction, you must not register or use the Platform.

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) rs777 Account only. Creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the rs777 registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
4.3 rs777 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason for doing so.
4.4 By registering, you confirm that the funds you deposit into your rs777 Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rs777 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 rs777 support staff will never ask you for your password. Any communication purporting to be from rs777 and requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to rs777 support immediately.
5.3 You must notify rs777 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. rs777 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
5.4 rs777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA can be configured in Account Settings and requires an OTP sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number at each new-device login.
rs777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the rs777 cashier page and are subject to change. rs777 does not apply any platform fee to deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees — rs777 has no control over and is not responsible for third-party transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. rs777 targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. rs777 does not apply any platform fee to withdrawals.

The rs777 Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR unless expressly stated otherwise. Currency conversion fees may apply to non-PKR payment instruments.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): rs777 is committed to full compliance with applicable AML regulations. rs777 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any Player and to file reports with relevant regulatory authorities where required by law. All Player deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity.
7.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by rs777 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms set out in the relevant promotion documentation. 7.2 Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period and will be removed from your Account Balance without compensation.

8.1 All sports betting markets, odds, and in-play options on the rs777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and event type. These rules are available within the relevant betting market or game page.
8.2 rs777 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from manifest error. A "manifest error" includes typographical errors, system errors, or mis-priced odds that a reasonable person would have recognised as clearly erroneous at the time of placement.
8.3 Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of licensed dealers and are final once the round is complete. RNG game outcomes are generated by certified random number generation software and are final once the result is displayed.

13.2 A Player may close their rs777 Account at any time by submitting a closure request to rs777 support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance (net of any pending bonuses and applicable deductions) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within five (5) business days.

14.3 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit rs777's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless rs777, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of this Agreement, your violation of any applicable law, your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights, or any content or data you submit to the Platform.
16.1 rs777 may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rs777 will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Where reasonably practicable, rs777 will provide advance notice of material changes via the contact information registered to your Account.
16.2 Your continued use of the rs777 Platform after the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
17.1 If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the rs777 Platform, you must first raise it with rs777 support by submitting a written description of the issue to the contact address below. rs777 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve it within 10 business days.
17.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through rs777 support, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the relevant licensing authority under whose jurisdiction rs777 operates. Details of this mechanism are available upon request from rs777 support.
17.3 Pending resolution of any dispute, rs777 reserves the right to temporarily restrict withdrawals from the disputed Account where this is necessary to protect the integrity of the investigation.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rs777 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute not resolved under Section 17 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit rs777's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
